1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FastIndexing ("the Service") at fastindexing.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FastIndexing provides a platform that submits URLs to the Google Indexing API on your behalf. We do not guarantee specific search rankings or guarantee that Google will index every submitted URL, as indexing decisions are solely at Google's discretion.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Payments

• The Service operates on a credit-based system. 1 credit = 1 URL submission.
• Credits are purchased in advance and never expire.
• All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.).
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except as provided in our refund policy.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 10-day indexing guarantee. If a submitted URL is not indexed by Google within 10 days of submission, the credit used for that URL will be refunded to your account.

• Refunds are issued as credits back to your account balance, not as cash.
• The guarantee applies only to URLs that meet Google's indexing eligibility criteria (publicly accessible, not blocked by robots.txt, not duplicate content).
• URLs that Google has chosen not to index due to quality, spam, or policy reasons are not eligible for the guarantee.
• Cash refunds on purchased credit packages are not available once credits have been used.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FastIndexing to submit URLs that:

• Contain illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Violate Google's Webmaster Guidelines or Terms of Service.
• Are spam, phishing pages, or deceptive content.
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be submitting content that violates these terms, without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and technology on fastindexing.net is owned by FastIndexing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every URL submitted will be indexed. We are not affiliated with Google and cannot control Google's indexing decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastIndexing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
